UK MEET 2016
Please don’t start Registration until you have both (1) your Unique Registration Code and (2) means to pay for your ticket.
22 July 2016: All tickets must be paid in full by July 31.
If you are offered a cancellation, it must be paid in full: the deposit option is no longer available.
The only extension to July 31 is if you are offered a place after that date, in which case we will allow you a week to arrange full payment.
5 FEB 2016: Codes given out during the January priority booking period HAVE NOW EXPIRED. Any registrations using these codes will not be accepted. (Sponsor codes are unaffected by this restriction.)
Please contact Charlie to join the WAITING LIST for places that become available at a later date.

*Single day tickets MAY be available depending on numbers but, for your information, last year we’d sold all places at full weekend rates before considering this.

TICKET PRICES AND TERMS
ALL TICKETS MUST BE FULLY PAID UP by 31 July 2016. If your place remains unpaid, it will be offered to the next applicant, or the next person on the waiting list.
There is an EARLY BIRD discounted price if you BOOK AND PAY before 31 MARCH 2016. After this date, ticket prices will be charged at a higher rate. This discount is now expired. You can pay the whole balance on registration. It guarantees your place, and will make all our lives easier!
However, if you prefer, you can pay a MINIMUM DEPOSIT of £30, this will guarantee your ticket ASSUMING you pay the balance by 31 July 2016. You will NOT qualify for the Early Bird discount unless you pay the balance by 31 March 2016. You must take responsibility for arranging the balance of your ticket price before the relevant deadline.
July 2016: the DEPOSIT option is no longer available, as the full amount is now payable within a matter of weeks.
The Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you choose not to pay the balance by the final deadline.
If you have paid the full amount, but cannot make the event for whatever reason, we will refund the amount you’ve paid, less our Paypal fees and less £30. But you must let us know by 31 July 2016. After that time, we will be committed to the hotel event cost and will not be able to make any further refunds.
The Paypal buttons below have been created to automatically charge the price of the specific ticket you ask for, so please make sure you’ve read the details above AND press the right button :).
NOTE: did you include your CORRECT Paypal email address on the Registration form? Sometimes we have trouble matching payments with registration because of pen names / real names etc. Please help us run the event as smoothly as possible by giving us all the information we need.
If you wish to make a payment directly from your Paypal account, our Paypal address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you paid the DEPOSIT on registration, don’t forget to schedule payment of the balance by July 31. You can pay the BALANCE HERE.
HAVE YOU PAID? BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PAGE, CONSIDER HELPING US OUT DURING THE WEEKEND, SEE STEP (3):
(3) WANT TO HELP OUT AT THE MEET?
This is entirely optional, but much appreciated.
*We need helpers to welcome attendees on Friday afternoon, hand out badges and programmes, provide a friendly face etc.
*We welcome any pitches for panels, on the assumption you will organise and resource them. We require all panels to consist of at least two people. The Team will then contact you separately to discuss it.
*We welcome anyone to be a contributing panellist, even if the panel has been organised and run by someone else. The team can allocate you to an appropriate panel.
*We welcome panel moderators: where a panel takes the form of a discussion or Q&A, a moderator will introduce the participants, allow the best use of the time allotted, and keep interaction flowing smoothly. The Team is happy to give guidance and support.
If you’d like to help, please fill in form HERE.
Please consider completing the form even if your answers are No, thanks. We won’t hold a “No thanks” against anyone 🙂 but at least we’ll know you’ve seen and understood the options. If you express interest in anything, we’ll be in touch to discuss it further before committing you.
