The UK Meet ticketing arrangements use a Priority Code process, and have been very successful in previous years – see HERE – but there are additional steps just for this year.
This is to allow those people who had booked for 2020 to have a priority offer of a ticket for 2022.
We still only issue one ticket per person, and no transfers are allowed.
Dec 2021: we will send out a mailing to all of 2020’s ticketholders who had paid at least the Deposit, and were still expressing the intention to attend, at the time of 2020’s postponement.
Tickets will be offered to this list up until 17 January 2022.
If this applies to you, but you haven’t received your email BY DEC 20, please contact Charlie. We have scheduled to look at any missed emails on that date.
Please DO NOT email before this date, as some emails take longer to arrive than others, and please be reassured you will not miss your chance. We have the capacity to offer tickets to all of 2020’s delegates, if they want to attend in 2022.
We will issue a PRIORITY CODE to use as a password for the Registration page.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE REGISTRATION PAGE WITHOUT THIS PRIORITY CODE.
Please DO NOT share your code with anyone else. We will be checking all registrations, and will only issue tickets to people on the right list. But if you share your Code and someone applies before their time, it will cause us additional grief that no one needs!
17 January 2022: we will open registration to all our Mailing List subscribers, following the Priority Code process we’ve used successfully before.
24 January 2022: we will open registration to anyone who wishes to apply, following the Priority Code process.
If demand exceeds the available places, we will start up a Wait List on a first-come basis.
