Becky Black
A long time science fiction fan, Becky thinks there are few story ideas that can’t be improved by the addition of the words “in space”. If the story also includes two gorgeous men unable to keep their hands off each other then so much the better. She’d happily go into space herself, but being English would insist on there being a reliable supply of tea available.
Becky has five novels published with Loose Id.

andreabramhallAndrea Bramhall
A Stockport (near Manchester, UK) native, Andrea took her life in her hands a few years ago and crossed the great North/South divide and now lives in Norfolk with her partner, their two border collies, and two and a half cats (one isn’t sure if she wants to be theirs anymore as the lady down the street feeds her Whiskas rather than whatever is on offer at the supermarket, like they do!). Andrea spends her time running their campsite and hostel to pay the bills, and scribbling down stories during the winter months.
Andrea is an avid reader and a keen musician, playing the saxophone and the guitar (just to annoy her other half—apparently!). She is also a recreational diver and takes an opportunity to head to warmer climes and discover the mysteries of life beneath the waves!
Her novel Ladyfish won an Alice B. Lavendar Certificate in 2013.

SueBSue Brown
Sue Brown is owned by her dog and two children. When she isn’t following their orders, she can be found plotting at her laptop. In fact she hides so she can plot, and has become an expert at ignoring the orders.
Sue discovered M/M erotica at the time she woke up to find two men kissing on her favourite television series. The series was boring; the kissing was not. She may be late to the party, but she’s made up for it since, writing fan fiction until she was brave enough to venture out into the world of original fiction.

Ordinary-Adventures-Cover-WebStevie Carroll
Born in Sheffield, England’s Steel City, and raised in a village on the boundary of the White and Dark Peaks, Stevie Carroll was nourished by a diet of drama and science fiction from the BBC and ITV, and a diverse range of books, most notably Diane Wynne-Jones and The Women’s Press, from the only library in the valley. After this came a university education in Scotland, while writing mostly non-fiction for underground bisexual publications under various aliases, before creativity was stifled by a decade of day-jobs.
Now based in Hampshire, Stevie has rediscovered the joys of writing fiction, managing to combine thoughts of science fiction, fantasy and mysteries with a day-job writing for the pharmaceuticals industry and far too many voluntary posts working with young people, with animals and in local politics. Stevie’s short story, ‘The Monitors’, in Noble Romance’s ‘Echoes of Possibilities’ , was longlisted by the 2010 Tiptree Awards jury. Other short stories have appeared in the anthologies ‘British Flash’ and ‘Tea and Crumpet’, while Stevie’s first solo collection ‘A Series of Ordinary Adventures’ was published by Candlemark and Gleam in May 2012.

Charlie Cochrane
As Charlie Cochrane couldn’t be trusted to do any of her jobs of choice—like managing a rugby team—she writes. Her favourite genre is gay fiction, predominantly historical romances/mysteries. She lives near Romsey but has yet to use that as a setting for her stories, choosing to write about Cambridge, Bath, London and the Channel Islands.
Charlie has stories with Samhain, Carina, Cheyenne, Noble Romance and MLR. A member of the Romantic Novelists’ Association, and International Thriller Writers Inc, Charlie’s Cambridge Fellows Series, set in Edwardian England, was instrumental in her being named Author of the Year 2009 by the review site Speak Its Name.

D.T. Dragon hides under castle ruins in the small English town of Dudley . Although trained to save the world as an environmental scientist, the mundane identity is usually occupied with a sewing machine, a camera or cosplaying Doctor Who. Bruin Fisher
Bruin Fisher lives in the West Country, UK and spends his days trying to juggle incompatible demands on his time and attention, usually with very little success. His writing is important to him (so naturally he spends very little time on it) and he says he gets his best ideas on the beach. One day, no doubt, the three novels he has written so far will be polished sufficiently to submit for publication, and when they’ve been rejected enough times maybe he’ll lose interest and take up stamp collecting. Or maybe not.
He drives a large elderly estate car and rides a ridiculously fast and dangerous motorcycle, and enjoys hiking, camping, sailing, and a lot of other stuff that changes with the wind direction. His ambition, of course, is world peace.
While he has several short stories published, he has not yet shown his novel-length work to any publisher. Why? Lack of time, confidence, and possibly talent… but that is yet to be proved. In the meantime a lot of his stuff can be read on his website and on various writing community websites, where it is generally well received.

Jessica Freely can’t resist a wounded hero. As a reader and a writer, her favorite stories are of soul mates finding redemption in each other’s arms. Married to the love of her life in a beautiful relationship based on mutual goofiness, Jessica also warps minds as an instructor in Seton Hill University’s Writing Popular Fiction MFA program. Her dog, Ruthie, doesn’t seem to care that Jessica’s an award-winning and best-selling author in multiple genres. She just wants to play tug of war with the manuscript pages.

Elin Gregory
Elin Gregory lives in South Wales (the old one) and can usually be found surrounded by books either at home or at her work in a museum. If she’s not writing, she’s reading or drawing and has an enthusiasm for notebooks and pens that borders on a fetish. Most of her stories start off on paper because that’s the way she’s always done it.
Her nodding acquaintance with the 21st century is wary and she wonders if ‘antisocial’ media would be more appropriate for her, but she can be found on Facebook, Twitter, Live Journal and WordPress, details on her website—www.elingregory.com

lavinialewisLavinia Lewis
Lavinia discovered reading at an early age and could always be found with her nose in a book. She loved getting lost in a fantasy world even then. When her parents bought her a typewriter for Christmas at aged eleven, her fate was sealed. She spent hours dreaming up characters and creating stories. Not a lot has changed. Now when she is not writing you can find her enjoying a new release.
Lavinia is a Welsh Valley girl who has lived all over the UK. Today she lives at home in the small village in which she grew up, just outside of Cardiff, Wales, but ask her again tomorrow and it could very well be somewhere different. She has travelled extensively to places as far and wide as Africa, Asia, Australia, North and Central America and most of Europe. Although some of her books are set in Texas she has never stepped foot in the state but plans to spend time there in the near future. She is a proud Brit, but feels quite at home when visiting the grand ol’ USofA.
Although Lavinia is a huge fan of the romance genre, particularly M/M she will admit to reading anything and everything. She loves horror, a good thriller and if a book has the capacity to make her cry, well, all the better. She loves a gritty, angst-ridden, gut-wrenching story, but is more than happy to settle in with a lighter, fluffier tale. She loves a happy ending and the characters in her books have thus far been lucky enough to find one. She can’t guarantee that will always be the case. She has two cats and wouldn’t part with them for the world, even though they make her sneeze.
Lavinia also writes M/F romance under the pseudonym Amy Armstrong.

liamLiam Livings offers eight self-portrait statements on his website, one of which is untrue, but it’s up to his visitors to guess which! He lives with his partner and cats, where east London ends and becomes nine-carat-gold- highlights-and-fake-tan-west-Essex. He started writing when he was 14: sat in French lessons during a French exchange trip, for want of anything better to do, he wrote pen portraits about his French exchange’s teachers. He wrote for his school’s creative writing magazine and still writes a diary every day. Best Friends Perfect, (working title) is his first novel, currently looking for a publisher. When not writing, he enjoys baking, and if it were an Olympic sport, he’d have been there, right at the front row watching with an electric whisk and mixing bowl.
Assuming those are the true statements, that is!

Clare London
Clare took the pen name London from the city where she lives, loves, and writes. A lone, brave female in a frenetic, testosterone-fuelled family home, she juggles her writing with the weekly wash, waiting for the far distant day when she can afford to give up her day job as an accountant. She’s written in many genres and across many settings, with novels and short stories published both online and in print. She says she likes variety in her writing while friends say she’s just fickle, but as long as both theories spawn good fiction, she’s happy. Most of her work features male/male romance and drama with a healthy serving of physical passion, as she enjoys both reading and writing about strong, sympathetic and sexy characters. Clare currently has several novels sulking at that tricky chapter 3 stage and plenty of other projects in mind . . . she just has to find out where she left them in that frenetic, testosterone-fuelled family home. All the details and free fiction are available at her website. Visit her today and say hello!
Clare is published in print and ebook at: Dreamspinner Press, Carina Press, JCP Books, Amber Quill Press, MLR Press, Torquere Press, JMS Books.

JL Merrow is that rare beast, an English person who refuses to drink tea. She read Natural Sciences at Cambridge, where she learned many things, chief amongst which was that she never wanted to see the

Rowan Speedwell bio photoRowan Speedwell
Born on a mountaintop in Tennessee (or possibly in a hospital in suburban Chicagoland; the data are unreliable), Rowan Speedwell was kidnapped at young age by time travelers, who dragged her around ’20’s Paris, ’30’s Hollywood, ancient Egypt, the 23rd Century Federation and Imperial Spain before dropping her into the latter half of the 20th Century, from which she has miraculously escaped into the first half of the 21st. She still misses the Federation, though. And she wonders why, after all her vast experience with time, she has so little of it.
What time she does have, she spends writing, reading, sewing, reading, making jewelry, reading, researching obscure topics, reading, shooting arrows (badly), and petting her cat. And reading.

Robbie Whyte
Robbie Whyte has been writing for a few years across various genres. Having worked previously in office administration he completed a degree through the Open University and is now fortunate enough to be able to write full-time. He lives with his partner of ten years in the south of England. No children, no pets, no stress, unless you count each other!
Away from the keyboard he enjoys watching and occasionally participating in sport: he’s getting older and slower though but he keeps trying. Robbie also likes games, television, films and theatre – and books. Most writers like books, he says. It’s one of those things; you have to read to write, it goes hand in hand. Quite apart from always learning—and seeing what the competition is up to—writers read a lot.

rainbow-butterflySerena Yates
I’m a night owl who starts writing when everyone else in my time zone is asleep. I’ve loved reading all my life and spent most of my childhood with my nose buried in a book. Although I always wanted to be a writer, financial independence came first. Twenty-some years and a successful business career later I took some online writing classes and never looked back.
Living and working in seven countries has taught me that there’s more than one way to get things done. It has instilled tremendous respect for the many different cultures, beliefs, attitudes and preferences that exist on our planet.
I like exploring those differences in my stories, most of which happen to be romances. My characters have a tendency to want to do their own thing, so I often have to rein them back in. The one thing we all agree on is the desire for a happy ending.
I currently live in the United Kingdom, sharing my house with a vast collection of books. I like reading, traveling, spending time with my nieces and listening to classical music. I have a passion for science and learning new languages.
I have several novels, novellas, and short stories published with Dreamspinner Press, Total-E-Bound, Silver Publishing, Torquere, and Diversity Novels.
