Friday 12th July: Overnight delegates arrive, book in. Time to meet, greet, wine and dine. Optional meal at Taurus, award-winning bar and restaurant.

Saturday 13th July: Day delegates arrive, overnight delegates take leisurely breakfast.

All delegates receive: superb 2-course lunch in AA rosette awarded restaurant, three formal servings of tea/coffee & snacks; hot drinks available all day.
